Browners 5 Months Out
Matt Brown, Reals top scorer, is sidelined for upto 6 months. Ben Palmer released this exclusive interview:
"I knew something like this would happen soon. Browner plays far too much football and needs to concentrate on Real Bristol and not indoor, pro 5 and works football." He continued to say, "I thought he was having me on when he said up to 6 months but when the physio confirmed it, I was pretty annoyed. His injury occurred in a friendly works game and has buggered his and maybe our season up. If I am honest, I am hoping he will be training in 6 weeks time but if it takes longer for him to recover then so be it. Simon and Broomy know what they have to do to keep there places upfront and when Browner returns, it will give me extra options and hopefully the other 2 strikers will be firing on all cylinders making it difficult for Browner to return to the team. However, Simon and Broomy are not the only strikers at the club, they need to prove to me they can work together to get the goals as I have other plans if it they fail.

Real's center mid crisis
As reported yesterday Real Bristol were resigned to having to start the season without there influential ginger captain Jordan Bath. But Real Bristol have had another devasting blow when news came through that hard tackling Pookie has broken his ankle ruling him out for the next couple of months. In an interview with him he responded positively by stateing that "Ash and Bushy are more than capable" and "we've always got smithy". We wish Jordan and Pookie a quick recovery.
